Postpartum Lactation Consultation $95 (With 2 weeks support) – This consult is designed post birth to address any lactation needs you may have. Please allow up to 90 minutes for this consultation (In your home, mine, or a convenient meeting place if travel distance is an issue). Upon scheduling a visit, you will receive an email with intake and consent forms that must be completed before your appointment. All documents are secure and confidential.
- Observation and assessment of nursing session
- Weighted feed if needed to assess milk transfer
- Help with latch difficulties and positioning techniques
- Address the cause of nipple soreness and damage
- Breast care including plugged ducts, engorgement, blebs, mastitis
- Personalized plan to help meet your goals in breastfeeding
- Provide insight and guidance if your baby has a condition that is affecting his or her ability to latch
- Address issues with milk supply, supplementation, and more
- Lip and Tongue Tie evaluation with recommended action plan which may include revision. Referral recommendations and information on post-revision stretches and care.
- Two weeks of follow-up message support though messaging portal
Prenatal Lactation Consultation: $75 – This consult is designed to be scheduled prior to your baby’s arrival. Please allow up to 60 minutes for this consultation (In your home, mine, or a convenient meeting place if travel distance is an issue).
- Address concerns with latching and or feedings
- Special circumstances or medical concerns that may affect breastfeeding
- Education on pumping, hand expression, milk storage and flange fitting
- History of challenges with breastfeeding previous baby
- Personalized prenatal plan to get breastfeeding off to the best start
Follow up visit: $50 This consult is for established clients. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this appointment (In your home, mine, or a convenient meeting place if travel distance is an issue). Some breastfeeding issues require a follow-up visit to evaluate the effectiveness of our interventions. Care plans will be adjusted as needed.

Prenatal Breastfeeding class: In-Person or Virtual $55 This is approximately 2 hours of comprehensive instruction and illustration – with plenty of time for interaction and discussion. Group classes will be announced, Or this can be scheduled as a one on one class!

Virtual Visit $75 (Upon scheduling your session you will receive an email that will walk you through the appointment details, as well as intake and consent forms to complete before your appointment.
